ELECTRONIC STATEMENTS DISCLOSURE
Thank you for your interest in electronic account statements. This service will allow you to view your current and past account statements on a secure website.
You retain the right to receive your statement on paper and to withdraw your consent to electronic statements by calling (813) 649-9400
This disclosure only pertains to the account statements. Notices will be sent in the traditional format.
In order to receive your statement electronically, you must supply a valid e-mail address at all times.
If you request additional paper copies of your statement the bank reserves the right to charge the statement copy fee as stated in the banks fee schedule.
To receive, review, view, download or print statements, you will need Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher or Netscape 6.1 or higher.
Statements are maintained for 12 months
